ISOBUS
The Bredal F series is fully ISOBUS compatible. As such the machine can be controlled via the tractors own ISOBUS terminal. If the tractor is not ISOBUS ready a Muller Trackguide ISOBUS head unit and wiring harness can be supplied. All functions of the spreader are controlled via the terminal.
The Muller system is delivered with a GPS receiver to facilitate guidance, auto on/off and section control. Variable rate spreading is available as an option. |

Hydraulic
Floor Belt Drive
Each of the floor belts has its own independent hydraulic drive system. The speed of each belt is governed by the ISOBUS system via a fast valve. Individual control allows the application rate being applied from either side of the machine can be altered when short work or residual widths are encountered.

Electric Drop Point Control
The flow of fertiliser from the hopper belts on to the disc's is regulated by electronically controlled down shutes. The spread pattern can be adjusted independently to the right or left side of the spreader via the ISOBUS terminal. This can be done manually or or automatically via GPS. The downshutes also alter the position fertiliser is placed on the disc for headland spreading in conjunction with a reduction in headland side disc speed. |
 |
|
Tilt Sensor
Mounted centrally on the front of the machine is a tilt sensor. The tilt sensor adjusts the output quantity when driving on hilly terrain to ensure the application rate remains unaffected. |

Weigh
Cells
Weigh cells are available as an option on all Bredal spreaders.
The trailed machines use four 10 ton load cells to accurately
monitor the weight in the hopper. In addition to displaying the
exact load in the hopper, the system is able to calculate new
flow factors for the product being spread to ensure optimum accuracy.
