TeeJet Aeros ISObus system
For those wishing to purchase an ISObus machine but who don't currently have an ISObus system, KRM have teemed up with TeeJet to supply full ISObus systems.
We chose this system as it offers all the key features to optimise spreader accuracy including; auto switching at the headland, GPS forward speed, guidance, section control, variable rate spreading and job recording. |

Guidance
The Aeros display provides a guidance line to follow, next and previous passes are also displayed as is the current distance from the guidance line. In the example pictured the machine needs to move 2.5m to the right to be on the guidance line.

ISObus
All spreader functions can be performed through the ISObus system and the simple logical layout will be familiar to existing users of our control systems. The display shows hopper contents and how long the contents will last. Work done in both hectares and kilos applied. Current machine setting, shutter opening and section control, application rate, forward speed and PTO speed as well as weigh cell information and calibration value. |

Section Control
The KRM Section control system divides the spread pattern into 8 main sections, these are displayed on the top of the screen as green/red dots and also as white or blank sections in the main page, in the image to the right there are two sections switched off on the right hand side as the machine enters an angled headland. |

This image shows how the main and sub-sections are displayed on the main ISObus screen. |

Variable Rate
The Aeros system is able to handle variable rate files. Here we see a field in which three different rates will be applied.

Job Recording
Once complete a record of each job can be stored, all key information can be stored including a coverage map ideal for record keeping. An example report can be viewed here. |
